🇫🇷 Another port everyone loved was Ajaccio, Ile de Corsica, France. The port is right at the old city, famous for being Napolean’s birthplace. We biked last time we were here in Oct '23, when the sunshine showed off the surrounding turquoise waters. This time we, along with Claire & Bill, walked and walked around the beautiful old city and took the €1 city bus to the beautiful Pointe de la Parata where Rich had biked to last time. It was overcast so the water was not as vibrant, but there were more spring wildflowers blooming there. We later had crepes and French bread sandwiches on the main square at Gelateria di Corsica. Every shipmate we ran into in town was enjoying joie de vivre, it's such a nice place to be.
